Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-7 Days. Due to delivery delays during COVID-19 we recommend giving shipping 8 days lead time.

We only deliver during during the week between 8am - 5pm

If there are any stock or shipping delays we will notify you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

*Shipping to outlying and non urban areas may take additional time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

We do not ship to P.O boxes. Please use a residential or work address to recieve your order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your orders has been processed and left the warehouse, we will send you a tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Hey Lou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Hey Lou is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We only ship locally (South Africa). We currently do not ship internationally.
